    I love my green spatula!
    Jane Davis
This is a great kitchen tool, well worth the price. I expected it to be flexible and good for stiring, folding and getting those last bits out of the mayo jar. I was impressed with how easy to clean it is. I guess I was just used to replacing spatulas every year because of the gunk in the crevices; no more! This one may last forever :)

    Great spatula!
    Margaret May St John
We have two have the green ones, and love them. We haven't been using our other spatulas since we bought these in December. Its very sturdy, holds up well to heat. Hasn't stained, chipped, cracked, etc. like others have. The one piece construction makes it not have any mess stuck between the head and the handle. You'll love this spatula.

    Love it.
This little guy is rather perfect. I think the size is just what i need... larger then the small versions, but small enough that i really never need a smaller size. It is flexible to get into those areas of whatever container i need without pushing and turning the container or my hand in weird ways.

over all, the design team did great work and i would recommend it to anyone.

...That's what this thing is, as my teenage son would say.

What I would say is, this is the best in show for spatulas. Anyone who has ever used a floppy, melting, ugly spatula will appreciate this tool. It is thoughtfully, even painstakingly, designed; has a good feel to it; and looks great. There's not much more a cook can ask for, except more and different tools made by these folks...and I understand they are working on those.

New favorite item in the kitchen!
    Stephanie Gottlieb
I know it seems nuts to love a kitchen item...but the GIR spatula has made a believer out of me. You don't even know you are disappointed with your current offerings until you try a GIR spat for the first time. It's honestly one of the best utensils I have ever had in my kitchen! It doesn't hurt that it comes in multiple colors -- which is great for me as I try and keep a Kosher kitchen, so I was able to color coordinate!

When cooking, I find that no matter what I'm doing I consistently reach for the GIR spatula, whether I'm mixing, frying, or even scraping burnt egg off the bottom of the pan -- okay, I'm not that great of a cook...

It does exactly what it says it will do, and that's all I could ask for. It's easy to clean...wipes off no problem. I have a light colored one and have an affinity for curry, and was afraid it might get discolored, but after over 3 months of use I haven't had an issue.

With a lifetime warranty this is a NO brainer...get one. It might be a tad pricey...but it's the last one you'll ever need to buy, and I can tell you from my own experience, that's money well spent,

Lime Tidbit #1

Careful! After contact with lime juice, your skin is hyper-sensitive to the effects of ultraviolet light.

Lime Tidbit #2

You can use kaffir lime leaves, ginger, and lemongrass to make an Asian bouquet garni.

Ratios be damned. It can't get easier than the Gimlet cocktail - according to a 1928 recipe, you can mix one up however you like it with "gin, a spot of lime, and soda."
